Based on cost, maximum operating temperature,
maximum operating pressure, chemical compatibility, and durability,
acrylic flow meters rank as the “middle of the road”
material when compared to polycarbonate and glass. The maximum
operating temperature is 150°F (65°C), the maximum
operating pressure is 100 psig (6.9 bar). Key Instruments’
acrylic flow meters are resistant to a variety of chemicals
from acetic acid, to battery acid, to calcium chloride, to

seals come standard with stainless steel fittings and Buna
N rubber seals come standard with brass fittings. Other configurations
