Key Instruments manufactures custom variable area rotatmeters, pitot tube flowmeters, flow control valves, and custom machined plastic components such as flow cells or distribution manifolds. Our custom flow instrumentation is designed and manufactured to be durable, accurate, and suitable for use with water, low viscosity fluids, compressed air, steam, hazardous gases, and more in a variety of applications.

K.I.’s Custom Flowmeter Design Features
Incorporating more than 20 different design features, Key Instruments’ products can be customized to your exact preferences and subsystem or assembly requirements. For instance, our flowmeters can be configured with a control valve on the inlet, outlet or no valve at all and valves can be specified in brass or stainless steel. Upon request, O-rings can be provided with Buna-N, Viton®, or other optional elastomers.
