In addition to custom designed flow meters, Key Instruments employs a "Vendor Managed Inventory" process that will keep your custom flow meter in stock and available. This strategy allows Key Instruments to know when you will need your meters, and give us the ability to ship your custom flow meter on an "as-needed" basis. With this practice, we are able to transfer the responsibility of managing and/or replenishing the inventory from you the end-user, to Key Instruments, the manufacturer.

This allows us to not only design your custom pneumatic system, but to assemble and test this with speed and efficiency. Having years of pneumatic experience we can design and manufacture your system to go beyond just flow meters. We regularly work with manufacturers to incorporate our flow meter into their application as just one of many components used. The concept helps us to ensure your system functions flawlessly with our flow meter. To test all manufactured products, we offer NIST traceability of accurate calibration. National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) traceability of a calibration means that performance testing has been done within our manufacturing facility.
